Verus Capital LLC is a direct private lender operating two programs — commercial bridge lending and residential fix and flip financing — funded from our own capital, held in first lien position, on every loan.
Why Direct Lending Matters
No brokers. No committees. No warehouse line.
Many private lending platforms are brokers routing your file to a warehouse line or a fund with its own approval committee. That adds time, adds a markup, and adds a second party who can say no after you've already agreed to terms.
Verus Capital lends its own capital. The person underwriting your deal is the person who can approve it — which is why we can move from application to term sheet in days, not weeks, and close commercial bridge loans in 2 to 3 weeks.
How We're Organized
Two programs, kept intentionally separate.
Our commercial bridge program funds $100K–$5M loans nationwide against single-tenant industrial, retail, and qualifying single-tenant office assets. Our fix and flip program also serves investors nationwide, financing residential renovations with underwriting based on each property's renovation plan, local resale data, and after-repair value.
Both programs are underwritten by the same institution, with the same standards for speed and certainty of close.
